Firefighter rescues teen from two-alarm fire

A fire reported around 4:45 p.m. on Thursday 83 Evans St. quickly went to two alarms.

A babysitter and one teen escaped, but firefighters had to rush into the building to find the teen's twin sister. The Boston Globe The Globe reports Lt. Michael Sameski found her unconscious but was able to get her out of the building.

This is the second time in two years Sameski has saved a child's life. At a fire on Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan in November, 2007, Sameski climbed up a painter's ladder to save a little girl.
