Harvard Street Health Center adds hours

The Harvard Street Health Center, a comprehensive health delivery organization serving the demographically diverse and underserved Boston neighborhoods of Roxbury, Dorchester, and Mattapan has expanded the operating hours of its clinic to make it easier for local residents to receive top notch medical care on a schedule that works for them, and with no appointment necessary.

The new hours – Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m., to 3 p.m. – enable the clinic, located at 632 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, to offer more convenient appointment times for patients six days a week. The Extended Hours Clinic is available to patients as an alternative to the Emergency Room for non-emergent (life or limb threatening) medical situations and for after hours access when their primary care physician may be unavailable.

For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 617-825-3400. For information about the center and its services, see harvardstreet.org.
