Three-alarm fire off Gallivan Boulevard

Boston firefighters were busy Thursday night battling a large fire at 5 Alicia Rd. that broke out before 8:30 p.m.

Firefighters in the attic had to be evacuated around 9 p.m. when part of the roof collapsed; about ten minutes later, firefighters were pulled out of the rest of the two-family house.

Meanwhile, shortly before 9 p.m., Boston Police reported a pedestrian was hit by a firetruck at Washington Street and Talbot Avenue.
