Mom who finds a shotgun in bedroom turns in son

Boston Police say that when a Callender Street resident found a sawed-off shotgun in her children's bedroom Saturday, she immediately called police - who arrested her 19-year-old son.

Christian Delgado, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm. Police say the weapon was unloaded.

Police say his mother told them she "believed the firearm belonged to her oldest son."

They say the unloaded weapon was wrapped in a bag underneath a bed.
