The Boston Police Department reports finding Troy Robinson and his two-year-old nephew on the 700 block of Washington Street tonight.

Robinson will be charged with kidnapping, police said, adding the toddler was brought to a local hospital for evaluation.

Robinson and his young relative were last seen around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, getting into Robinson's silver Mitsubishi Galant; he failed to return the boy to his mother.

"Boston Police learned the whereabouts of Troy Robinson from phone calls after residents viewed the alert on television," police said.

Robinson was already wanted on unrelated charges.
