Police seek five for home invasion that sent two to the hospital

The Boston Police Department reports it is looking for five men for an armed home invasion around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday at 42 Semont Rd.

Police say two residents had to be transported to Boston Medical Center for injuries - one was beaten in the eye with a gun, another was beaten in the face with a gun and a taser.

Another resident, in her bedroom at the time, watched her door broken down before the intruders tied her up with shoelaces, police say. A fourth surrendered her cellphone and laptop when she had a gun pointed at her. In addition to her belongings, the men also made off with jewelry, police say.
