A fund has been set up with the approval of the Richard family to assist them in covering medical and funeral expenses. The Richard Family Fund has been created by friends and neighbors using a bank account set up by the St. Mark's Area Main Street organization, which Bill Richard has been affiliated with for many years. As of Friday afternoon, the fund has collected more than $66,000 in donations online.
