Feds seek help to ID ‘serial’ bank robber

Suspect in a rash of bank robberies is described as armed and dangerous.

The FBI's Violent Crimes Task Force is seekingv the public’s help to identify a “serial” bank robber who has hit four Boston-area banks in the last six weeks. The unknown robber is said to be armed and dangerous. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for tip’s leading to the suspect’s capture.

He is described as a black or Hispanic male, in his mid 30s or 40s, about 5’11” with a medium build. He has robbed banks in Allston, Brighton, Brookline and Braintree between Dec. 12 and Jan. 28. Anyone with information should call the FBI's Boston Division at 617-742-5533.
