Friday (18th)
– The Gavin Foundation presents Recovery Community Impact Awards at IBEW Freeport Hall, 256 Freeport St., Dorchester. Followed by a concert with Grammy nominated Doug Bell and Bellevue Cadillac.

Saturday (19th)
– Russian Grand Ballet performs Tchaikovsky’s “Swan Lake” at The Strand Theatre. Doors for the performance will open at 6.30 p.m., with the show beginning at 7.30 p.m. The Russian Grand Ballet brings the classic ballet to life with Russia’s brightest ballet stars to perform the full-length production. Tickets range from $18 to $48, plus fees and taxes Boston Dance Alliance members received $10 off with use of “BDA” code. Sunday (20th)
– PartARTS watercolor painting workshop at Geneva Cliffs, Dorchester, 12-2 p.m.

• Dorchester Historical Society hosts a tour and tasting at the new Boston Harbor Distillery, 12R Ericsson St., Port Norfolk from 4-6 p.m. See how the historic 1859 Putnam Nail Factory/Lawley Shipyard/Seymour’s Ice Cream Company has been transformed into a brand new, state-of-the-art craft distillery. Sample BHD’s New England Custom Spirits and light fare from the Ashmont Grill.

Monday (21st)
– REDEVELOPMENT The BRA hosts a community open house to review recommendations for economic development, jobs, transit, and housing centered around the MBTA Four Corners/Geneva Avenue Fairmount Line Station. 6-8 p.m. at Aspirers Community Center, 358 Washington St., Dorchester.
