This week the Dorchester Reporter launches a new feature called The Relay, a weekly newsletter covering the latest news on Boston’s bid for the 2024 Olympic Games. Sign-up here to receive it via email.

The Relay will be powered by the Reporter’s own news stories and updates, along with links to other news organizations and sources that are following the unfolding plans for the Games and public reaction. It will also feature an easy-to-access archive of the many stories the Reporter has published to date on the subject.

“There is a very fluid, dynamic process surrounding the 2024 Olympics bid,” said Reporter publisher Bill Forry. “We hope that this weekly summary will serve as a useful guide for the public as we — as a community— weigh the pros and cons of this still-evolving proposal.”

The Relay will be compiled by the Reporter’s Lauren Dezenski. The first edition of The Relay will be published on Thursday, April 2.
