Good Food Market at Gallivan

Every Wednesday, 4pm to 6pm, from July 13 through October 26 on the outdoor basketball court located on Standard Avenue in the Gallivan Housing Community. For $5, fill up a grocery bag with all the vegetables and fruits you want. Fresh, local produce is provided by Brookwood Farms, located in Milton, MA, in partnership with the Gallivan Task Force and the Mattapan Food and Fitness Coalition. First Parish Church Building Restoration Benefit Gala

First Parish Church in Dorchester will host its fifth annual Building Restoration Benefit Gala on Saturday, May 7 at 6 p.m. at the Parish Hall, 10 Parish St., Meetinghouse Hill. New clients only need to bring with them a valid I.D. and proof of some sort of state assistance (i.e MassHealth, SDI, DTA, Housing, etc).
