December Program Highlights

December Program Highlights - The month of December is always exciting, with many special events throughout the month. In the Athletic program we will host championship games for Intramural Floor Hockey and Flag Football. In Social Recreation we will travel to the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation Christmas Party (12/9), host fittings for our Shawnee Peak Ski Trip (12/10 & 11) and host our on-site Christmas Party for ages 5 to 12 (12/21). In the Teen program we will host a Grand Opening (12/7), a panel for our Teen Girls on Careers in Law (12/11) and the Teen Christmas Party (12/20). In addition, members of the Keystone Club will be volunteering with the Food Bank (12/12) and Christmas in the City (12/15) as well as attending a Dale Carnegie Leadership Training (12/15). Our Fine Arts program will continue the current series of classes through the school break and the Film program will continue to meet in the afternoon (mon.-wed.). Our Patriot’s Kids Cafe will host their Family Dinner on (12/19). The Music program will wrap up the Fall session of Lessons the week of 12/10, host the Winterfest Celebration (12/13) and offer the monthly Open Mic Night (12/21). In the Aquatics program the Marr-lin Swim Team will host Arlington (12/1) and Chelsea (12/15) while traveling to the Nashua Senior Meet (12/2) and Lawrence (12/8). Education Program - In addition to Homework Help (mon.-thurs. from 2:00-6:00 p.m.) and weekly One-to-One Tutoring, the Education program offers small group clubs that meet weekly such as Reading Buddies, Chess Club, Bantam Hour, Film Critique, Wilson Daily S.A.T.
