Teen Program News - As we prepare to open up the new Teen Center space there are several upcoming events of note including Job Shadow Days with State Street (11/8 & 11/9) and a trip to see the Patriot’s play the Colts (11/18). In addition, the Career Prep After-School Jobs program will begin on 11/26. Contact our new Teen Director, Nate Roos (nroos@bgcdorchester.org) for more info.

Music Clubhouse
- The Fall session of Music Lessons are underway (voice, piano, bass, drums, guitar) and we will be hosting our monthly Open Mic Night on 11/16. Members are encouraged to show their talents, or just watch as other members step before the microphone. Contact Ayeisha Mathis (amathis@bgcdorchester) for more info.

Denney Center Multi-Cultural Night
- Our Denney Center Unit located in Harbor Point will host a Multi-Cultural Night on 11/27 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The night is an opportunity to explore the cultural heritage, diversity, and strengths of our community. Halloween Party
- Thanks to the 400+ members and parents who celebrated Halloween with us at the Denney Center last week. There were games, food and a Haunted House for all to enjoy.
All-Star Basketball Try-outs - The Club will place four teams into the N.E.N.E.A.P.C. League with try-outs as follows: 12&U Boys (11/14), Boys 15&U (11/15), Girls 14&U (11/19) and Boys 18&U (11/24). These teams will compete against Boys and Girls Clubs from the region beginning in January and running through March. Contact Bruce Seals (bseals@bgcdorchester.org) for more information.
