Career Prep Program

Career Prep Program - The Career Prep program at the Club is preparing for an influx of new participants as we begin our school-year partnership with Mayor Walsh’s Department of Youth Engagement & Employment. 20 new teens will join the existing participants through the end of April. All-Star Basketball Try-outs
- The Club will offer 4 teams in the upcoming N.E.N.E.A.P.C. Basketball program. There will be a 12&U Boys, 15&U Boys, 14&U Girls, and 18&U Boys team offered. Try-outs are being held in late November and early December. League ages are determined as of 1/1/16 and games will begin the first week of January. CitiWang Performances
- The Club will once again host members of the CitiWang Center’s Education Team for inter-active readings of “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” for members ages 5-12. There will be a reading 12/2 at our Denney Center Clubhouse and a second reading on 12/9 at our Marr Clubhouse. Each 60-minute session will incorporate audience participation, games, and holiday sing-a-longs with instruments. For more information please contact Zack Solomon (zsolomon@bgcdorchester.org).

Fall Program Arts Bash - On 12/16 all three components of our Arts Center will come together to host the seasonal “Arts Bash.” There will be a fine arts exhibit, photo gallery, film screening, and musical performances for club members, parents and friends to enjoy.
