City swim league seeks kids ages 6-17
Kids 6-17 invited to join city swimming league
Boys and girls ages 6-17 are invited to participate in a citywide competitive swimming league now being formed by the city’s Centers for Youth & Families. Participants must be able to swim one length of the swimming pool. The league is a developmental league and serves as an introduction to swimming competitively for most young swimmers so experience on a swim team is not necessary. The regular season meets are held on Fridays at 6: p.m. beginning on January 7 and continues through April. To sign up to participate, call or stop by your local BCYF center and speak with the contact listed below or call Tony Rosario, BCYF Aquatics Manager, at 617-635-4920 ext. 2150.
