parents to form an anti-substance abuse committee in thier
Neponset neighborhood.

community meeting at the Murphy Community Center last week.
O'Connor, who grew up in the neighborhood, recounts the last
days of his friend Patrick Joseph Flavin, who died on June 9
from the effects of a drug overdose.
