Kerry to campaign with Pressley

Confirming what we Tweeted yesterday, U.S. Sen. John Kerry's campaign folks have released his schedule for the weekend, with stops planned in West Roxbury and Mattapan. Kerry, a Vietnam vet who ran for president in 2004 and has been on Capitol Hill since 1984, will be out door-knocking, hitting churches and holding signs for his former political director, Ayanna Pressley. Pressley's City Council campaign has been careful of how to use Kerry, particularly since this is a local election. Kerry has been avidly following the race: he speaks and exchanges text messages with Pressley regularly. (Though when told of Kerry's plans yesterday, one City Council At-Large candidate couldn't resist taking a shot: "Nice to have him in town.") Full weekend schedule after the jump.

My bet is that Kerry will knock on two doors at most. Just enough for the press to take his picture. Let me tell you, if that fraud knocks on my door, I certainly wont be voting for Pressley.
