Ward 10 holds its candidates' night tonight and both Michael Flaherty and Sam Yoon will be there. Mayor Menino reads to children at the Copley Square library and will also attend the candidates' night.

Mayor Menino will help break the world record for the number of children read to in a single day with a single book. The Mayor will read Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar to 120 children from the Boston Renaissance Charter School.

Mayor Menino will speak briefly and present a $50,000 check to Boston-based high tech company Artaic.
