The 7th Annual Uphams Corner Community Connections Open House will feature information provided by community agencies from around the City of Boston and live music by Jazz 208 featuring Gil White!

Food and refreshments will be served.

Community Connections / HIV Services provide counseling & testing, medical and social case management and peer support to individuals living with HIV and their families.
