Mattapan Health Care Revival at Foley Campus

The Mattapan Community Health Center (MCHC) will host its 16th annual Health Care Revival today from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Foley Campus Center at 249 River Street, Mattapan, MA
The 16th Annual Health Care Revival features free health screenings, health information, prizes, community awards, refreshments and the opportunity to meet MCHC medical staff who will share information about expanding health services. Mattapan Community Health Center’s 2012 Community Health Report Card will also be released at the Revival.
