How to enjoy a stress-free holiday with someone with Alzheimer’s
The holidays are a time to celebrate and enjoy good food, good cheer and good company. For people with Alzheimer’s, though, this time of year can be confusing and stressful. But there are many things that a caregiver can do to help a loved one with dementia adjust and enjoy the celebrations.
Join us at Bridges by EPOCH, 1 Sgt. William B Terry Drive in Hingham, on Monday, November 26, at 4 p.m. for an educational session on helpful tips and information on how to enjoy a stress-free holiday with someone struggling with Alzheimer’s. The session will be hosted by Executive Director Alicia Seaver, a certified memory-care specialist.
All are welcome to attend this informative, complimentary presentation, but reservations are requested. Light refreshments will be served. For more information or to RSVP, please call 781-749-7114.
