Harvard Glee Club to sing Sunday Mass at Dorchester Parish
Solemn High Mass
Sunday, January 27 at 10:00 am
The Parish of All Saints - Ashmont
209 Ashmont Street
Dorchester, MA 02124
(Around the corner from the Ashmont T stop.)

Sung by the Harvard Glee Club (Andrew Clark, director) and The All Saints' Choir of Men and Boys (Andrew Sheranian, Organist and Master of Choristers). All are welcome to attend this special service, in which the two choirs will join forces in singing music by 20th century French composer Maurice Duruflé (1902-1986). The two choirs enjoy a close collaborative relationship. Recently a mentoring program, known as the “Archibald T. Davison Fellowship”, was set up between the Glee Club and the All Saints’ Choir. The Harvard student recipients of the Davison Fellowship attend rehearsals with the All Saints’ Choir boys, assist them with homework and musical skills, and act as mentors to the Dorchester boys in the choir.

Choral Music:
Messe "Cum jubilo" (Opus 11) and Tantum ergo (Opus 10) - Maurice Duruflé

Organ Music:
Méditation (Opus posth.) and Fugue sûr le nom d'Alain (Opus 7) - Maurice Duruflé
