Todd Purdum, author of An Idea Whose Time Has Come: Two Presidents, Two Parties, and the Battle for the Civil Rights Act of 1964; John Stewart, chief aide to Hubert Humphrey; and civil rights activist Elaine Jones discuss the legacy of the Civil Rights Act. WGBH radio host Callie Crossley moderates.
