The William E. Carter Post's 10th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast will be held from 9 a.m.-1p.m. at the post on Blue Hill Ave. in Mattapan Sq. The guest speaker will be Francisco A. Urena, Commissioner of Veterans Services for the city of Boston. Special performance by Boston's own Unified Voices of New England Gospel choir. Donation adults $20, children 12 and under $10.
