Special Guest Speaker:
Ms. Brooks has an extensive background in social work where she has used her skills working with teens in the Boston, Cambridge and Newton School systems.
Her work has included addressing issues of:
Assessing behaviors of young people
and their reactions.
She has worked with incarcerated
girls and has served as a mentor
Ms. Brooks also holds a Master of Divinity
degree from Andover Newton Theological School.
She currently serves at the Historic Charles Street AME Church in Roxbury.
