Minutes after a 29 year-old woman was fatally shot last evening on Arbutus Street near Franklin Field, a crowd of friends and neighbors surged after a man they said was the shooter. The scene was captured on video by 7News New Englan [2]d. The victim, whom the Globe [3] identifies as Deanna Watkins, was shot outside of her home around 7:40 p.m.
