Free Sunset Yoga at Bowdoin-Geneva Hub

This summer, bring your day to a close with peaceful yoga poses and breathing exercises during weekly outdoor classes at the Bowdoin-Geneva Community Hub. Great for all levels, ages, sizes and identities.

Classes take place every Thursday from 6:45 - 8p beginning July 10th.

These classes are FREE thanks to a partnership with Sustainability Guild International and the Dorchester Community Food Co-op.

Colonial Days for Kindergartners
aligned with Boston Public Schools Citywide Standards for Kindergarten

250 years ago, Elizabeth and Samuel Pierce, Jr., lived just off Adams Street in the house we call Pierce House. They were farmers, raising animals and growing crops. They lived a very different life than we do today. Learn how they lived during this drop-in museum experience for young learners.

Activities include:
Dressing like a colonist
Digging for artifacts
Weaving
Playing games
Doing crafts and puzzles
Reading
