- Hello, Dorchester!
I grew up on Dorchester AVE and Burt Street bear Ashmont station and left there in 1977 to join the Army. I now live in the Tacoma WA area because after I retired from the Army I started working for Microsoft. I went to Dorchester high school and put up with the bussing rights during the 70's, as well as being bussed to Trade School in Jamaica Plain AKA JP. I quit school and ended up getting a GED. I no have an MBA with a contentration in technology management, a Six Sigma Black belt, and an MCSE. I currently give money to the Epiphany school in Dorcheter on Centre street. Never came from a silver spoon family and had to work for everything I have. I miss Dorchester as I believe that added toughness to my character.
