Boston Police say they broke up a crack distribution operation at 107 Alban St. on Wednesday.

Dexter Andrews, 35, was charged with illegal possession of a class-B substance (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute and illegal possession of ammunition.

Police say they found 12 bags of crack, numerous clear plastic sandwich bags, a digital scale, currency and 49 live rounds of 9mm ammunition.
