Police: Another impatient motorist arrested at Freeport Street work zone

Boston Police report an officer working a detail at Freeport and Linden Street around 9 p.m. on Thursday arrested a man who drove into a work zone there and then not only ignored the officer's waving motions to get out of the zone but started driving toward him.

Police say Jose Luis Aceytuno, 24, did eventually stop; he was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and providing a a false name to a police officer.

On June 2, police arrested a woman on charges she injured three police officers while trying to get out of construction-related gridlock on Freeport Street and Dorchester Avenue.
