Man dies after being shot repeatedly

The Boston Police Department reports officers found a man with multiple gunshot wounds at Dorchester Avenue and Roseland Street around 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Boston firefighters and EMTs treated him at the scene before he was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he died. Police described him as a black male in his early 20s.

Police say "persons of interest" were found barricaded inside a nearby house at 10 St. Marks Rd., but that no arrests have been made as yet.
