The Boston Police Department reports it is looking for Charles Archie, 16, of Dorchester, who was last seen on Jan. 31.

He's described as 5'4", 140 lbs., with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a navy pea coat, gray hoodie, white tank top, blue jeans and black sneakers.
