A 10th anniversary tour bus commemorating the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks will be stopping in Dorchester tomorrow August 31, at the Boston Firefighters Local 718 headquarters on Hallet Street.

The bus has been on a national tour since January, starting in Manhattan, CA and ending in Manhattan, NY next week.

The bus has been visiting hundreds of fire departments and organizations, collecting pictures and raising funds through the sale of Sept. 11 memorabilia. The proceeds will go to the FDNY Bravest Scholarship Fund, the Terry Farrell Fund, and the Feal Good Foundation.

The bus tour marks the end of the nine-year 9/11 Patch Project, which collects funds for nonprofit organizations through the sale of Sept. 11 patches.
