A holiday weekend that saw two men shot to death in Dorchester and Mattapan was followed Tuesday by two more shootings – one fatal – and a stabbing, the Boston Police Department reports.
The Boston Police Department reports a man was murdered around 8 p.m. at Humphreys Street and Humphreys Place in Uphams Corner.
Not long after, police were called to 113 Evans St., near Morton St., where they found a man shot in the head. In both cases, the homicide unit was summoned – routine when a victim might die.
Earlier in the day, police say, somebody was stabbed at Dorchester Avenue and Gibson Street.
