A pedestrian was struck by a car yesterday in Codman Square and remains in serious condition, police said.

The vehicle hit the adult man at the corner of Norfolk and Withington streets at about 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Police said the driver stayed at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing, police said.
