State Police report Curtis Raper, 43, of Dorchester, died Sunday after crashing a Jet Ski into "a sailboat that was stationary and attached to a mooring" around 4:30 p.m.

State Police say he was rushed to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

State Police add that Raper was one of four men riding two Jet Skis in the water off Malibu Beach at the time.
