26 days to Nov. 5. Five days until the first televised debate between the two finalists. City Councillor At-Large John Connolly rolls out additional endorsements today in Villa Victoria and Roxbury. (The Herald's Peter Gelzinis says a few of them will be from the city's clergy.) State Rep. Marty Walsh swings by a Hibernian Hall gala and a young professionals fundraiser for him at Ned Devine's in Faneuil Hall.

LAMATTINA, DiDOMENICO BACK CONNOLLY: Connolly picked up the endorsement of three pols yesterday: state Rep. Aaron Michlewitz, state Sen. Sal DiDomenico and District 1 Councillor Sal LaMattina. Nathaniel Stinnett, Connolly's campaign manager, noted in an email to supporters yesterday, "Together their districts include the South End, North End, Waterfront, Chinatown, Financial District, Bay Village, Leather District, the West End, Allston, and parts of Beacon Hill, Back Bay, and Upper Roxbury."
