Missing since June 1

UPDATE: "Mary Newell has been located. The Boston Police would like to thank all who have assisted in the recovery of Ms. Newell."- 5:40 p.m. on Aug. 4

The Boston Police Department issued an appeal to the public to help locate a 54 year-old Dorchester woman who has been missing since June 1. Mary Newell was last seen on that date in the area of 5 St. William St. Her disappearance was reported to BPD on Aug. 2. Police say that Newell “may be in need of her medication.” She is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes, 5’6” tall, and 140 lbs. Please call 911 or District C-11 Detectives at 617-343-4335 with any information.
