A 17 year-old from Dorchester has been arrested for the May 13th murder of a 49 year-old man who was found dead hours after a drive-by shooting on a Blue Hill Ave. sidestreet.

Damante Burrell was indicted for first-degree murder by a Suffolk County Grand Jury on Wednesday. He is charged with shooting fred Bing, who Suffolk County DA Dan Conley's office says "died of multiple gunshot wounds, including one that went through his lung. His body was recovered early on May 14 in a driveway on Wilcock Street in Mattapan, where gunshots were reported the previous night. Bing had been on the sidewalk talking with friends, who after the shots thought he had simply gone home."
