Despite the fact that they are the wealthiest university in the country, Harvard claims that they cannot provide good jobs for their workers.

Currently, Harvard pays their custodians a mere $1 for every $180 paid to the execs of the Harvard Management Company. On November 12th, 230 custodians from Harvard University voted unanimously to authorize a strike if management refuses to negotiate a new contract by the end of Tuesday.

Though no one ever wants a strike, these workers are prepared to do whatever it takes in order to get the good, sustainable jobs that all working people deserve.
