Thursday (4th) – Kit Clark 1st Annual Wreath Stroll from 2-5p.m. at Kit Clark’s 1500 Dorchester Ave. location. Celebrate the holidays with pastries as you stroll through Kit Clark and view wreaths decorated by elected officials and local sponsors. Choose your favorite, make a bid, and take it home. Saturday (6th) – Holiday Crafternoon at Adams Street Branch of the Boston Public Library, 2-4 p.m., 690 Adams St. Spend an hour or so with us to make some gifts to share or keep. Suitable for all ages and a great way to get your holidays off to a good start.

Sunday (7th) – JFK Library Forum: A Conversation with David Greenway, 1:30 to 3p.m. Boston Globe reporter H.D.S. Greenway discusses his recent memoir, Foreign Correspondent, with Harvard professor Ambassador Nicholas Burns. This forum is co-sponsored with The Boston Globe. – Port Norfolk Park Project public meeting, 7 - 8:30 p.m., Port Norfolk Yacht Club, 179 Walnut St., Dorchester. At this meeting, DCR will present the final design and construction and site restoration plans for the new Port Norfolk Park on the site of the former Shaffer Paper Company property.
