– Puppy Love fundraiser at ester, 2261 Dorchester Ave., Lower Mills. “Yappy hour” 6-8 p.m. Bring your pooch and join others on the patio, where twarm libations will be available Treats provided by Pooped Pooch and 2 Dogs Treats. • Franklin Park Coalition’s Farewell to Christine Poff, 6-8 p.m. at Hibernian Hall, 184 Dudley St., Roxbury. Tuesday (16th)
– Free Winter Children’s Fest at Boston Common starts at 10 a.m. Attractions include: Snowzilla (a three-story-high inflatable snow tube slide), and SnowGlobe, Live! (a 15-foot-tall snow glove that allows participants to step inside and take photos). Highland Street Foundation is sponsoring a week-long winter camp at the Boston Common Frog Pond with free skating and rentals for all ages from Feb. 15-19.
