The Boston Police Department reports Brianna Hardy, 22, of Jamaica Plain, was shot at 24 Juliette St. around 5:50 p.m. on Sunday. She died after being rushed to a local hospital.

A second person was shot, but survived, police say.

The shooting happened around the same time shots were fired on Stoughton Street near Columbia Road. Nobody was hit in that incident.
