Morrissey Blvd. closed today until 3 p.m. from Freeport Street to UMass

The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) today has closed a segment of Morrissey Boulevard (inbound and outbound) from Freeport Street to UMass Boston in Dorchester until approximately 3 p.m, due to roadway flooding caused by the incoming high tide. Traffic patterns will be clearly marked and DCR Operations staff will be on site. Potions of Morrissey Blvd. were also closed yesterday afternoon due to high-tide flooding.
