State officials warn: Morrissey Blvd. likely to close due to flooding today

The state's Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) issued an advisory on Monday morning that a section of Morrissey Boulevard was likely to close for a period of time this afternoon due to flooding caused by hide tides. The most likely timeframe for the lane closures would be 12 p.m.- 1:30 p.m., according to DCR. The section most likely to be closed is between Freeport Street and UMass Boston.
