The Boston Police Department issued an appeal to the public to help locate a 78-year-old man who was last seen on Granite Avenue on Saturday morning.

In a post at BPDNews.com, police officials said that Andrea Filipi "was last seen at approximately 6:30 AM on September 18, 2021, at 116 Granite Avenue, Dorchester."

"Andrea Filipi was last seen wearing an orange and gray North Face fleece, an aqua blue Polo Shirt, navy blue pants, and gray sneakers. FILIPI speaks Albanian, is hard of hearing, and experiences cognitive difficulties. He is known to push a shopping cart and collect cans. "
