One of the beer and ice cream float pairings that will be available at Dorchester Brewing.
Two Dorchester favorites, Dorchester Brewing and The Ice Creamsmith, are working up some unique fall fun. The brewer firm is welcoming fall with a beer release inspired by some of the Ice Creamsmith’s hit flavors.
Available in the taproom only on Oct. 8 and Oct. 15 are:
•Float Option #1: Runs on Pumpkin, Dorchester Brewing’s pumpkin spice amber ale. Ice cream: Caramel & Graham Cracker Swirl, a special recipe designed to pair in a float with Runs on Pumpkin.
•Float Option #2: Dorchester brewing produced a special Mocha Almond Stout named “Does Not Contain Nuts,” inspired by some of The Ice Creamsmith’s hit flavors, to be paired with ice cream in a unique side-by-side. This beer will be served on the Brewery’s nitro draft line, to increase the creaminess, and make it even more reminiscent of ice cream
