The Zoning Board of Appeal on Tuesday approved plans to replace a three-family home at 77 Bailey St. with two new buildings with a total of 12 condos.
Plans by the lot’s owner, Patrick Targete, call for two affordable units and six parking spaces behind the two buildings, which Targete’s attorney, Shabnam Mashmasarmi, said are a two-minute walk to the Ashmont MBTA station.
City Councilor Brian Worrell supported the proposal. Nobody spoke against.
The proposal needed variances because of the amount of parking provided and the height and overall density of the two buildings on their lot.
