Daniel Adams, a Dorchester resident and human rights officer at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, has been inducted into the Tenet Healthcare Heroes Hall of Fame.
This year, 14 other individuals or teams were also added to the Hall of Fame rolls. Adams was recognized for his unwavering commitment to patient-centered care, compassionate advocacy, and his dedication to ensuring every patient feels heard, respected and valued.
Greg McFarland, CEO of MetroWest Medical Center, said, “Every day he advocates for patients, supports families, and helps create an environment built on dignity, respect and compassion. The trust he has earned from both patients and colleagues says everything about the kind of person he is.”
Said Adams: “Ive learned that accepting hardships, embracing challenges and being willing to take risks often lead to the greatest rewards.
“The challenges I’ve faced throughout my life have helped shape who I am today, and I’m grateful to be in a role where I can make a difference for our patients every day.”
