The Internet baron, who gave himself a loan to finance the signature-gathering process, repaid himself to the tune of $15,337 and donated $350 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester, according to OCPF. In a video message last week, Portnoy complained his failure to make the ballot amounted to “dirty magic.”
